ServiceTitan Named Top SMID-Cap Pick by BTIG on AI Growth Potential

Investment firm BTIG has named ServiceTitan (TTAN) its top small- and mid-cap (SMID-cap) stock pick, reiterating a "Buy" rating and a $110 price target. The firm's analysis highlights the company's potential to capitalize on artificial intelligence opportunities within the home services software market.
AI Products to Drive Revenue
According to BTIG, ServiceTitan's growth prospects are significantly enhanced by its expansion into AI-powered tools, particularly its Virtual Agents product and its Max program. The firm believes these initiatives position the company to capture a larger share of its market by providing advanced, automated solutions for trades businesses.
BTIG projects that these new AI features will become meaningful revenue contributors in the coming years:
- Max program: Expected to contribute approximately 1% to subscription revenues in fiscal year 2027, increasing to about 7% in fiscal year 2028.
- Virtual Agents: Forecasted to account for roughly 3% of usage revenues in fiscal year 2027, growing to 8% in fiscal year 2028.
Market Opportunity and Valuation
AdBTIG's bullish case is supported by a significant total addressable market (TAM). For the Virtual Agents product alone, the firm calculates a market opportunity of approximately $1.5 billion, which it notes is roughly seven times ServiceTitan's total usage revenue for fiscal year 2026.
This is part of a broader $31 billion TAM that BTIG identifies for ServiceTitan's core end-to-end platform, which provides CRM, field service management (FSM), and other enterprise software. The firm's $110 price target is based on a valuation of approximately 9 times the company's estimated enterprise value to calendar year 2027 sales.
Analyst Projections
BTIG's outlook includes strong top-line growth for the software provider, projecting revenue will reach $1.13 billion for fiscal year 2027 and $1.31 billion for fiscal year 2028. This follows a reported revenue of $960.97 million for fiscal year 2026, according to the note.
The firm also highlighted that ServiceTitan opened its Max program to new customers in the first quarter, a move that BTIG believes could further accelerate market share gains.
