Orion180 has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts. If exercised in full, this option could raise an additional $36 million.
A consortium of banks is managing the offering, with RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, and Raymond James serving as lead book-running managers.
