Background

Zerostack Corp. (ZSTK) announced its cryptocurrency holdings had an aggregate market value of approximately $1.06 billion as of August 23, 2026. The valuation highlights a significant gap between the company's digital asset treasury and its current equity market valuation.

Holdings and Valuation

The company's digital asset portfolio consists primarily of two tokens, with values based on prices from coinmarketcap.com as of 10 p.m. EST on the reporting date. The breakdown of the holdings includes:

  • Approximately 925.9 million MemeCore tokens, valued at roughly $1.03 billion.
  • Approximately 223.8 million 0G tokens, valued at roughly $36 million.

Discount to Share Price

Zerostack calculated that its crypto holdings represent a per-share value far exceeding its stock price. Based on a reference closing price of $4.71 on August 21, 2026, the company's stock trades at a substantial discount to the per-share value of its digital assets.

On a partially diluted basis, which includes common stock and unexercised pre-funded warrants, the crypto value is approximately $18.19 per share, representing a 74.1% discount. On a fully diluted basis, the value is $17.33 per share, a 72.8% discount. The company noted the pre-funded warrants await stockholder approval to become exercisable.

Context for Investors

"The market value of our cryptocurrency treasury relative to our current equity valuation represents an important data point that we believe investors should be able to evaluate transparently," said Daniel Reis-Faria, CEO of Zerostack. The company also operates a pharmaceutical distribution business, Phatebo GmbH.

Zerostack clarified that these per-share cryptocurrency value figures are supplemental, non-GAAP measures. They do not account for potential liabilities, taxes, or transaction costs and should not be interpreted as a net asset value (NAV) or liquidation value for shareholders.
