Skild AI Reaches $100 Million Revenue Run Rate Amid Rapid Customer Growth

Skild AI Inc., a startup developing artificial intelligence for robotics, has reached a $100 million annual recurring revenue run rate just 10 months after launching its software commercially, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
Rapid Commercial Adoption
The milestone signals significant market traction for Skild's technology, which enables robots to learn new tasks through observation. Co-founder and CEO Deepak Pathak told Bloomberg in an interview that the company's customer base has expanded rapidly from eight companies earlier this year to more than 60.
Skild's software is now deployed in hundreds of robots across various industries, with applications ranging from cafes in Japan to warehouses in the United States. This rapid adoption underscores the growing demand for flexible and intelligent automation solutions.
AdTechnology and Strategic Backing
Last month, Skild introduced its "S1" artificial intelligence model, which allows humanoid robots to mimic and master complex, multi-step tasks by watching a video. The company's goal is to create a generalized, adaptable AI system, moving beyond single-task optimization to allow robots to learn through observation and practice.
This technological push is supported by significant investor confidence and strategic partnerships. In January, Skild closed a $1.4 billion financing round, which raised its valuation to $14 billion—more than triple its valuation from seven months prior. The company also announced a partnership last year with Nvidia Corp. and Foxconn to develop robotics automation for a chip factory in Houston.
