ChangeNOW Taps Former TON Executive to Lead 'Super App' Partnership Strategy

Crypto services platform ChangeNOW has hired former TON executive Martin Masser as its new Director of Strategic Partnerships, a move intended to accelerate the company's transition into a unified “crypto super app.” Masser will be responsible for building relationships with key players across the digital asset ecosystem.
A Strategic Appointment
Masser's primary role will be to forge strategic alliances with blockchain networks, digital wallets, fintech firms, and payment providers. According to the company's announcement, his experience spans traditional banking, Web2, and Web3, including senior growth and business development positions within the TON ecosystem.
His appointment is aimed at supporting ChangeNOW's next phase of growth. "Martin brings a rare mix of commercial relationships, product and media understanding,” said Pauline Shangett, Chief Strategy Officer at ChangeNOW. “That is exactly the perspective we need as we build the ChangeNOW super app.”
The 'Super App' Vision
ChangeNOW's strategy is to consolidate a wide range of crypto services into a single, connected product. The goal is to create one platform where users can manage all their core crypto activities, including buying, storing, swapping, and trading digital assets, without needing to switch between different applications.
AdThe company stated that the industry has largely built the individual components for crypto finance but has not yet solved the user experience of integrating them. The super app is designed to abstract away this complexity for the end-user.
Focus on Integrated Partnerships
Masser will focus on identifying partnerships that directly enhance the product's infrastructure and simplify the user journey. The company emphasized that the goal is to create tangible value rather than simply accumulating partnership announcements.
“The best partnerships create access, adoption and attention. My focus is to build relationships that make the product stronger, simpler and more useful,” Masser stated in the release. His outreach will target builders of wallets, networks, payment systems, stablecoins, and other Web3 products to advance ChangeNOW's offerings for both consumers and businesses.
