Warsaw's WIG30 Index Gains 1.29% as Banking and Construction Stocks Rally

The Warsaw Stock Exchange ended the week on a positive note, with Poland's benchmark WIG30 index closing up 1.29% on Friday. The advance was supported by broad-based strength, particularly within the nation's banking, media, and construction sectors.
Sector Strength Drives Gains
Investor sentiment was broadly positive during the session, with advancing stocks on the Warsaw Stock Exchange outnumbering decliners by 288 to 221, while 125 issues ended the day unchanged. This market breadth indicates a widespread appetite for Polish equities that extended beyond a few large-cap names.
