Telix Pharmaceuticals Shares Climb on Strong Q2 Revenue and Upgraded Outlook

Shares of Telix Pharmaceuticals (ASX:TLX) rose 1.7% to A$15.35 on Tuesday, outperforming the broader Australian market after the company announced strong second-quarter results and an upgraded financial outlook for the year.
The stock's advance came as the benchmark ASX 200 index fell 0.6%, according to the report.
Strong Quarterly Performance
Telix reported a robust financial performance for the June quarter, driven by significant growth in its core business. The company highlighted the following figures in its update:
- Total quarterly revenue: A$247 million, an increase of 7% quarter-over-quarter and 21% year-over-year.
- Precision Medicine revenue: US$202 million, marking a 30% increase compared to the same period in the prior year.
Upgraded Full-Year Guidance
AdBuoyed by the strong results, Telix management raised its forecast for the full 2026 fiscal year. The company now expects total revenue and other income to exceed US$1 billion, tracking toward the upper end of its previous guidance of US$950–$970 million plus US$40 million in non-refundable income from Regeneron.
Telix also updated its research and development expenditure guidance to US$230–$270 million for the year. The company attributed the change to accelerated investment in high-value clinical programs, including its TLX597-Tx program and label expansion for Pixclara.
Clinical Trial Milestone
The positive financial update followed a key clinical development announced a day earlier. Telix confirmed that the first patient was dosed in its LUTEON Phase 3 trial for TLX250-Tx, a therapy for relapsed or recurrent clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
The trial marks a significant step, being the first-ever Phase 3 study of a carbonic anhydrase IX-targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy, according to the company's announcement.
