Among the index's constituents, several major companies saw their shares fall:
- Nokia Oyj (HE:NOKIA) led the losses, falling 3.24% to close at 8.83.
- Industrial firm Wartsila Oyj Abp (HE:WRT1V) dropped 2.23%.
- Tire manufacturer Nokian Renkaat Oyj (HE:TYRES) was down 2.07%.

Despite the overall market downturn, several companies posted strong gains, with some reaching new highs. Utility company Fortum Oyj (HE:FORTUM) was the top performer on the index, rising 1.49%.
Pharmaceutical firm Orion Oyj B (HE:ORNBV) also stood out, adding 1.39% to reach a new all-time high. Similarly, shares in retailer Kesko Oyj (HE:KESKOB) climbed 1.22% to a three-year high.
