The proposed IPO consists of both a primary issuance of new shares and an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders. The company aims to raise approximately ₹13 billion through the issuance of new stock.
Existing investors are also set to offload a portion of their holdings. Key selling shareholders include:
- JSW Steel and JSW Cement: A combined sale of shares worth approximately ₹9.34 billion.
- Mitsui & Co: An offloading of shares valued at around ₹8.20 billion.
AdUse of Proceeds and Business Profile
JSW One Platforms stated that the proceeds from the new share issue will be used to invest in its business units and to fund further platform development. The company operates an online marketplace that serves small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within India's construction and manufacturing sectors.
The platform is a unit of the JSW Group, a major Indian conglomerate with diversified interests in steel, energy, cement, logistics, and infrastructure. The IPO is being managed by a consortium of banks, including JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital, ICICI Securities, SBI Capital Markets, and PL Capital Markets.
