Leading the gains among the index's top components were several industrial firms, with cable manufacturer Prysmian posting a significant advance.

- Fincantieri SpA (BIT:FCT): added 2.66% to end at 11.97.
- Avio SpA (BIT:AVI): gained 2.04% to trade at 31.00.
AdConversely, several high-profile consumer and luxury brands weighed on the market.
- Brunello Cucinelli (BIT:BCU): fell 1.63% to 80.90.
- Davide Campari Milano SpA (BIT:CPRI): declined 1.60% to 5.53.

Commodity and Currency Backdrop
In the broader markets, energy prices saw a notable increase. Crude oil futures for August delivery rose 1.82% to $79.56 a barrel, while Brent oil for September delivery gained 2.48% to $85.37 a barrel. Gold futures also advanced, with the August contract rising 1.56% to $4,068.35 a troy ounce.
In currency trading, the US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.32% to 100.72. The euro strengthened against the dollar, with the EUR/USD pair trading around 1.14.
