Financial Structure
Concurrent with the IPO's closing, Bluerock completed a private placement of 5,812,500 warrants at $1.00 per warrant, generating an additional $5,812,500 in gross proceeds. The company's sponsor, Bluerock Acquisition Holdings II, LLC, and the offering's underwriter, BTIG, LLC, purchased the private placement warrants.
