Paris-based hotel operator Accor SA is reportedly moving forward with plans for a U.S. initial public offering of its Ennismore Lifestyle Group. According to a Bloomberg report citing anonymous sources, the company has selected Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to lead the potential offering.

Other investment banks said to be involved in arranging the listing include BNP Paribas SA and JPMorgan Chase & Co., with Societe Generale SA also having a role in the process. A public listing for the hospitality unit could take place as early as this year, the sources indicated.

Ennismore, founded in 2011 by Sharan Pasricha, operates a global portfolio of lifestyle hospitality brands. The group manages over 200 hotels, including well-known names such as The Hoxton and Mama Shelter.
