Voyager Technologies Stock Climbs on Anduril Partnership and $402.5M Capital Raise

Summary
Shares of Voyager Technologies are rallying after the company announced a formal strategic partnership with Anduril Industries and the completion of an upsized $402.5 million convertible notes offering.
Voyager Technologies (VOYG) stock rose 4.0% in pre-open trading on Tuesday, driven by a pair of significant corporate announcements that signal both strategic validation and a strengthened financial position for the defense and space technology firm.
Strategic Partnership with Anduril
Voyager and Anduril Industries jointly announced a formal strategic partnership to accelerate the development and production of critical technologies for U.S. weapon and missile defense systems. The agreement solidifies an existing collaboration between the two companies on several high-priority Department of Defense programs.
As part of this ongoing work, Voyager is already under contract to supply more than $60 million in technologies to Anduril. These include key components such as solid rocket motors and divert and attitude control systems, providing the company with tangible revenue visibility from a leading defense innovator.
Strengthened Balance Sheet
AdLending further momentum to the stock, Voyager also confirmed on September 28 the completion of a $402.5 million offering of 0% convertible senior notes due 2032. The offering was upsized from an initial target of $350 million after initial purchasers exercised their full overallotment option.
The company raised approximately $391.6 million in net proceeds, which it has earmarked for organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and general corporate purposes. Voyager also used $52.5 million of the proceeds for capped call transactions, a common financial strategy designed to reduce potential shareholder dilution from the future conversion of the notes.
Market Context
The rally in Voyager's shares occurred against a constructive backdrop for U.S. equities, with major indices posting modest gains. The defense technology sector has seen sustained interest amid elevated government spending and a focus on building domestic industrial capacity. The combination of a high-profile partnership and a successful capital raise has provided a strong catalyst for Voyager, lifting its shares in the pre-market session.
