Shares of Vir Biotechnology (NASDAQ:VIR) fell 5.6% in trading on Friday after the company announced the departure of Chief Financial Officer Jason O’Byrne.
Leadership Transition

Interim CFO Profile
Sabatini brings over two decades of financial experience to the interim role. Prior to joining Vir, he was Head of Finance at Capsida Biotherapeutics, Inc. and previously spent seventeen years at Amgen Inc.
