Background

Valle Capital Token announced on Wednesday the development of a blockchain-based ecosystem designed to connect global digital capital with Brazilian agribusiness. The project, built on the BNB Smart Chain, will focus on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs) to enhance transparency and efficiency in agricultural financing and commodity exports.

Project Scope and Technology

According to a company statement, the platform aims to create a technological layer for the complex agro-export supply chain. It intends to integrate a suite of digital tools, including satellite monitoring, logistics tracking, operational AI, and digital traceability, to provide greater visibility for producers, exporters, and financial partners.

The core of the ecosystem will utilize smart contracts to create auditable on-chain records for key commercial milestones. The project plans to register hashes of real-world documents such as agricultural agreements, export contracts, and bills of lading to improve transparency in capital flows and operational progress.

Operational Structure and Tokenomics

The project's strategy is divided into two main areas: agribusiness operations under the name "Valle Capital" and export financing through "Grupo CGM." The VCT token is designed as a utility token to access the platform's features and services.

The total supply is capped at 650 million VCT, with an allocation structure detailed by the company:

  • Presale: 35% (227.5 million VCT)
  • Operations and Treasury: 25%
  • Liquidity and Listings: 15%
  • Marketing and Ecosystem: 10%
  • Team and Advisors: 10%
  • Strategic Reserve and Legal: 5%

The presale is structured in 15 rounds, with tokens subject to a vesting schedule where 10% is released at the token-generation event and the remainder over 12 months, the announcement said.

Market Context and Outlook

Valle Capital's initiative enters the growing market for Real-World Asset tokenization, a sector focused on bringing traditional assets like commodities and credit onto the blockchain. The project aims to address persistent challenges in agribusiness, such as access to working capital and fragmented supply chain data.

"Our goal is to create a more transparent digital ecosystem where agribusiness, exports, blockchain infrastructure and global participants can operate together,” said Luan Coimbra Correia, a representative for the project. The company's roadmap outlines a four-phase plan, culminating in the development of a global RWA marketplace.

However, the project's press release includes an important notice that the VCT utility token does not represent equity or a security. It also states the token presale is not available to citizens or residents of the United States, Brazil, or other sanctioned jurisdictions.
