Valle Capital Token Launches to Digitize Brazilian Agribusiness with RWA Focus

Valle Capital Token (VCT) has launched a blockchain-based ecosystem designed to connect global digital capital with Brazilian agribusiness operations, according to a company announcement. The project, built on the BNB Smart Chain, aims to use real-world asset (RWA) tokenization to improve transparency and efficiency in agricultural production, financing, and commodity exports.
Bridging Agribusiness and Web3
The project seeks to address operational complexities in the agricultural supply chain, which involves numerous parties from producers to international buyers. According to the announcement, Valle Capital will function as a technology layer to organize information and improve visibility across the agro-export process.
The ecosystem is structured around two primary operational areas:
- Valle Capital: Focused on domestic agribusiness operations, including producer financing, advance commodity purchases, and working capital support.
- Grupo CGM: Centered on export operations, such as pre-shipment financing, logistics, and international trade activities.
The project's British Virgin Islands-based entity intends to transfer international capital to Brazilian operating entities through formalized legal mechanisms, with smart contracts used to create a more transparent on-chain record of these flows.
Technology and On-Chain Integration
AdValle Capital Token is being developed as a platform of digital tools rather than solely a digital asset. The ecosystem plans to integrate several technologies to provide operational intelligence and traceability, including satellite monitoring, climate mapping, logistics tracking, and artificial intelligence for data analysis.
A core feature is the use of EVM-compatible smart contracts to create auditable, on-chain records of key commercial and operational milestones. The project stated it intends to register references to real-world documents such as agricultural agreements, export contracts, and bills of lading on the blockchain to improve auditability.
VCT Tokenomics and Roadmap
The VCT utility token has a total supply of 650,000,000 on the BNB Smart Chain. The token allocation includes 35% for a presale, 25% for operations and treasury, and the remainder distributed across liquidity, marketing, the team, and a strategic reserve.
“Our goal is to create a more transparent digital ecosystem where agribusiness, exports, blockchain infrastructure and global participants can operate together,” said Luan Coimbra Correia, a representative for Valle Token. The project's roadmap outlines a phased expansion, moving from the current presale to capital deployment, smart-operations technology integration, and the eventual development of a global RWA marketplace. The project noted that its presale is not available to persons in the United States, Brazil, or OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.
