Valle Capital Token Launches RWA Platform for Brazilian Agribusiness

Valle Capital Token, a British Virgin Islands-based entity, has announced the development of a blockchain ecosystem designed to tokenize real-world assets (RWAs) from Brazil's agribusiness sector. The project, built on the BNB Smart Chain, aims to improve financing and operational transparency for agricultural production and commodity exports.
According to its public announcement, the platform seeks to create a bridge between traditional agribusiness and the Web3 economy. It plans to use blockchain technology to provide greater visibility into agricultural financing, logistics, and international trade operations.
Ecosystem and Technology
The Valle Capital Token platform is being developed as an ecosystem of digital tools for the agricultural and export industries. The project's strategy involves using smart contracts to create auditable on-chain records for real-world commercial activities, such as commodity purchase contracts, export agreements, and logistics milestones.
Planned technological features include:
- Satellite and climate monitoring to track production cycles.
- Logistics tracking for commodity movement and shipment milestones.
- Operational artificial intelligence for data analysis and sector intelligence.
- Digital traceability to monitor product origin and supply chain information.
This infrastructure is intended to support two main operational areas: domestic agribusiness financing through a structure named Valle Capital, and export finance operations via a related entity, Grupo CGM.
VCT Tokenomics and Presale
AdValle Capital Token (VCT) is positioned as an RWA-focused utility token. The project has detailed a total supply of 650,000,000 VCT on the BNB Smart Chain.
The token allocation is structured as follows:
- 35% for a 15-round presale.
- 25% for operations and treasury.
- 15% for liquidity and exchange listings.
- 10% for marketing and ecosystem development.
- 10% for the team and advisors.
- 5% for a strategic and legal reserve.
The project states that presale tokens will be subject to a vesting schedule, with 10% released at the token-generation event and the remainder released over 12 months. The presale is not being marketed to persons in the United States, Brazil, or OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions, according to the announcement.
Market Context and Roadmap
The project enters the growing market for real-world asset tokenization, which seeks to represent physical or traditional financial assets on a blockchain. Valle Capital Token's four-phase roadmap outlines a plan to move from its initial presale to full operational deployment, including capital deployment for financing, integration of its monitoring tools, and eventual expansion into a global RWA marketplace.
“Our goal is to create a more transparent digital ecosystem where agribusiness, exports, blockchain infrastructure and global participants can operate together,” said Luan Coimbra Correia, a representative for the project, in a statement. The company's official notice clarifies that VCT is a utility token and does not represent a security, cautioning participants about the inherent risks of digital assets, including market volatility and potential loss of capital.
