Background

Valle Capital Token (VCT) has announced the development of a blockchain-based ecosystem intended to link global digital capital with Brazilian agribusiness and international commodity exports. The project, built on the BNB Smart Chain, combines a utility token with a model focused on real-world assets (RWAs) to enhance transparency and provide digital infrastructure for agricultural production, financing, and logistics.

The project aims to address operational complexities within the agro-export sector, which involves multiple parties such as producers, buyers, and logistics providers. By utilizing EVM smart contracts, digital dashboards, and on-chain records, Valle Capital intends to create a more connected and transparent environment for all participants in the supply chain, from financing to international settlement.

The platform's planned features include satellite monitoring of agricultural areas, climate and field mapping, logistics tracking, and the use of artificial intelligence for operational analysis. A key component is the use of smart contracts to create auditable on-chain records for real-world operations, including agricultural agreements, commodity purchase contracts, and export documentation, to improve traceability and auditability.

The ecosystem's strategy involves two main areas: agribusiness operations supported by Valle Capital and export operations managed by Grupo CGM. According to the project, international capital will be transferred to Brazilian operating entities through formalized legal agreements. The VCT utility token, with a total supply of 650 million, is designed to provide access to the ecosystem's tools and services.

The project has outlined a four-phase roadmap, starting with the token presale and infrastructure development, followed by capital deployment, the integration of smart operations tools, and long-term plans for on-chain commodity tokenization and a global RWA marketplace. The project's materials note that the VCT token involves risks and that its presale is not available to persons in the United States, Brazil, or OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.
