Valle Capital Token Launches Ecosystem for Agribusiness and Real-World Assets

A new project, Valle Capital Token (VCT), has launched a blockchain-powered ecosystem aimed at integrating Brazilian agribusiness with global digital finance. Based in the British Virgin Islands, the project operates on the BNB Smart Chain and focuses on tokenizing real-world assets (RWA) to enhance transparency and efficiency in agricultural production, financing, and exports.

The VCT platform intends to provide a suite of digital tools for the agricultural sector. These planned features include satellite monitoring of farmland, climate mapping, logistics tracking, and operational analysis using artificial intelligence. By utilizing smart contracts, the project aims to create auditable on-chain records for key operational milestones and commercial agreements, such as commodity purchase contracts and export documentation.

The ecosystem's strategy is divided into two main areas. "Valle Capital" will focus on agribusiness operations within Brazil, including crop financing and working capital support for producers. "Grupo CGM" will handle the export finance structure, supporting activities like pre-shipment financing and international trade logistics. The project states that capital will be transferred through formalized legal mechanisms, subject to regulatory compliance.
