Valle Capital Launches RWA Token to Digitize Brazilian Agribusiness

Valle Capital Token has announced the launch of a blockchain-based ecosystem on the BNB Smart Chain designed to connect global digital capital with Brazil's agribusiness sector. The project focuses on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs) to bring greater transparency and efficiency to agricultural financing, production, and international commodity exports.
Project Details and Objectives
Structured through a British Virgin Islands entity, the project aims to bridge traditional agribusiness with the Web3 economy. It will operate through two primary arms: Valle Capital, focused on domestic agricultural financing for producers, and Grupo CGM, which will handle export-finance operations such as pre-shipment financing and logistics.
According to its announcement, the platform will use its utility token, VCT, as part of a broader ecosystem of digital tools. The stated goal is to address operational complexities in the agro-export chain by creating a technological layer for producers, commercial partners, exporters, and international buyers.
Technology and RWA Integration
Valle Capital's platform intends to integrate a suite of digital tools to improve operational intelligence and auditability. These planned features include:
- Satellite and climate monitoring for crop cycles
- Logistics tracking for commodity movements
- Artificial intelligence for operational analysis
- Digital traceability tools to monitor production-chain milestones
AdA core component is the use of EVM-compatible smart contracts to create on-chain records of real-world operations. The project plans to register hashes of documents such as agricultural agreements, commodity purchase contracts, and bills of lading to improve transparency. The company notes this system is designed to supplement, not replace, existing legal and commercial processes.
Tokenomics and Market Strategy
The VCT utility token has a total supply of 650,000,000 on the BNB Smart Chain. According to the project's documentation, the token allocation is divided among several categories, including 35% for a presale, 25% for operations and treasury, and 15% for liquidity and exchange listings.
The presale is structured in 15 rounds, with a vesting schedule that releases 10% of tokens at the generation event and the remaining 90% over 12 months. The project's roadmap outlines a phased expansion, starting with capital deployment and culminating in the development of a global RWA marketplace.
"Our goal is to create a more transparent digital ecosystem where agribusiness, exports, blockchain infrastructure and global participants can operate together," said Luan Coimbra Correia, a representative for Valle Token, in the announcement.
The project joins a growing trend of RWA tokenization, which seeks to bring tangible, off-chain assets onto the blockchain. However, the company issued a notice stating that VCT is a utility token and does not represent equity or a security. The presale is not being offered to persons in the United States, Brazil, or OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.
