Background

Valle Capital Token has announced the launch of its ecosystem on the BNB Smart Chain, aiming to connect global digital capital with Brazilian agribusiness through the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). The project seeks to apply blockchain technology to improve transparency and efficiency in commodity financing, logistics, and exports.

Digitizing the Agro-Export Supply Chain

According to its July 1 announcement, Valle Capital Token (VCT) intends to address operational complexities in Brazil's agricultural sector by creating a technological layer to integrate producers, exporters, and international buyers. The project is designed to provide better access to working capital, digital traceability from farm to port, and auditable records for key commercial milestones.

The ecosystem is structured with a tokenization entity in the British Virgin Islands and leverages EVM-compatible smart contracts. Through its platform, Valle Capital plans to register on-chain references for real-world documents such as agricultural agreements, bills of lading, and settlement confirmations to enhance auditability.

Operational Model and Technology

Valle Capital's platform plans to incorporate a suite of digital tools, including satellite monitoring for crop cycles, AI-driven data analysis, and logistics tracking. The operational strategy is divided into two main areas: "Valle Capital" for domestic agribusiness financing and "Grupo CGM" for export-finance operations.

The project states that capital will be transferred to Brazilian operating entities through formal legal agreements, such as private loans or capital contributions, with associated transactions recorded on the blockchain for transparency.

VCT is positioned as a utility token within this RWA-focused ecosystem. The total supply is fixed at 650,000,000 tokens on the BNB Smart Chain, with the allocation detailed by the project as:

  • Presale: 35%
  • Operations and Treasury: 25%
  • Liquidity and Listings: 15%
  • Marketing and Ecosystem: 10%
  • Team and Advisors: 10%
  • Strategic Reserve and Legal: 5%

"Our goal is to create a more transparent digital ecosystem where agribusiness, exports, blockchain infrastructure and global participants can operate together,” said Luan Coimbra Correia, a representative for the project, in the announcement. The company's roadmap outlines a four-phase plan, starting with the current presale and culminating in the development of a global RWA marketplace.

Market Disclosures and Risk Factors

The project's launch comes amid growing interest in RWA tokenization, which seeks to bring traditional assets onto blockchain rails. However, the announcement includes an important notice clarifying that VCT is a utility token and does not represent equity, a security, or a guarantee of returns.

The company highlights that digital assets involve significant risks, including market volatility and potential loss of capital. According to the release, the VCT presale is not available to persons in the United States, Brazil, or OFAC-sanctioned countries, and participation is subject to KYC/AML verification.
