TrueDAO Secures $10 Million in Funding Led by Brevan Howard Digital for AI-Powered DeFi Infrastructure

TrueDAO, a project developing AI-driven decentralized financial infrastructure, announced it has closed a $10 million strategic funding round. The investment was led by prominent digital asset fund Brevan Howard Digital, with participation from Zee Prime Capital and Jump Capital.
According to the company's announcement, the new capital is earmarked for accelerating the development of its core technology and expanding its ecosystem.
Use of Proceeds
The proceeds will be allocated across five key areas to build out the platform's capabilities and ensure its security and compliance. The company stated the funds will support:
- Core Protocol Development: Refining the project's smart contracts and protocol modules.
- AI-Driven Risk Management: Building AI-powered risk monitoring and stress-testing systems.
- Security: Implementing independent security audits, real-time monitoring, and bug bounty programs.
- Compliance: Advancing legal and compliance assessments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ecosystem Growth: Releasing developer documentation and expanding strategic partnerships.
Project Vision and Market Context
AdTrueDAO aims to provide a modular financial infrastructure for other blockchain projects rather than being a single application. It intends to offer services like liquidity and reserve management, risk alerts, and governance support, addressing what it identifies as key challenges in the crypto industry, including yield sustainability and reserve transparency.
"Raising $10 million is a significant milestone, but it is not the finish line," said SoLee, Head of Marketing at TrueDAO, in a statement. "We remain committed to building an on-chain financial infrastructure that is auditable, verifiable, and governable."
Next Steps
Following the funding round, TrueDAO plans to move forward with its testnet launch, further security audits, and the release of developer tools. The project will also begin to disclose protocol operations and reserve data in phases. The company noted that specific launch dates and any potential token arrangements will be subject to future official announcements.
