TrueDAO Secures $10 Million in Funding Led by Brevan Howard Digital for AI-DeFi Infrastructure

TrueDAO, a project developing an AI-driven decentralized financial infrastructure, announced it has completed a $10 million strategic funding round. The investment was led by Brevan Howard Digital, with participation from Zee Prime Capital and Jump Capital, according to a company statement released on July 10, 2026.
Strategic Allocation of Capital
The proceeds are earmarked to accelerate the development of the company's core technology and expand its operational capabilities. TrueDAO stated the capital will be deployed across five key areas:
- Core Protocol Development: Refining smart contracts and protocol modules.
- AI-Driven Risk Control: Building advanced risk monitoring and stress-testing systems.
- Security: Implementing independent security audits, real-time monitoring, and bug bounty programs.
- Compliance: Advancing legal and compliance assessments across various jurisdictions.
- Ecosystem Growth: Releasing developer documentation and expanding partnerships.
Project Vision and Market Context
AdTrueDAO aims to build a modular financial infrastructure rather than a single blockchain application. Its goal is to provide other ecosystem projects with tools for liquidity management, reserve management, risk alerts, and governance support. The project seeks to address persistent challenges in the crypto sector, including yield sustainability, risk response, and transparent governance.
"Raising $10 million is a significant milestone, but it is not the finish line," said SoLee, Head of Marketing at TrueDAO. "We remain committed to building an on-chain financial infrastructure that is auditable, verifiable, and governable."
Next Steps
Following the funding round, TrueDAO plans to advance its testnet launch, complete further security audits, and release developer tools to foster ecosystem integration. The company noted that it will disclose protocol operations and reserve data in phases, with specific launch dates and token details to be released in future official announcements.
