TrueDAO Secures $10 Million in Funding Led by Brevan Howard Digital for AI-DeFi Infrastructure

TrueDAO, a project developing an AI-driven decentralized financial infrastructure, announced it has closed a $10 million strategic funding round. The investment was led by prominent digital asset fund Brevan Howard Digital, with participation from Zee Prime Capital and Jump Capital.
According to a company statement released via Chainwire, the new capital is earmarked to accelerate the development of its core technology and expand its ecosystem. The funding will support the build-out of its AI protocols, risk management systems, and global compliance efforts.
Use of Proceeds
TrueDAO outlined five key areas where the funds will be deployed:
- Protocol Development: Refining the core architecture, smart contracts, and protocol modules.
- Risk Management: Building AI-powered risk monitoring and stress-testing systems.
- Security: Implementing independent security audits, real-time monitoring, and bug bounty programs.
- Compliance: Advancing legal and compliance assessments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ecosystem Growth: Releasing developer documentation and expanding strategic partnerships.
A Modular Approach to DeFi
AdTrueDAO is not building a single blockchain application but rather a modular financial infrastructure designed to serve other ecosystem projects. The platform aims to provide services like liquidity management, reserve management, risk alerts, and yield distribution.
The project intends to address persistent challenges in the decentralized finance space, including yield sustainability, risk response, and governance efficiency, by integrating smart contracts, on-chain data, and AI-driven risk analysis.
Next Steps
Following the successful funding round, TrueDAO plans to move forward with its testnet launch, security audits, and the release of developer tools. The company stated it will disclose protocol operations and reserve data in phases.
"Raising $10 million is a significant milestone, but it is not the finish line," said SoLee, Head of Marketing at TrueDAO. "We remain committed to building an on-chain financial infrastructure that is auditable, verifiable, and governable." Specific launch dates and potential token arrangements will be subject to future official announcements.
