TrueDAO Secures $10 Million in Funding Led by Brevan Howard Digital for AI-DeFi Infrastructure

Summary
TrueDAO, a developer of AI-powered decentralized finance infrastructure, has raised $10 million in a strategic funding round led by Brevan Howard Digital to advance its protocol development and security.
TrueDAO, a project developing artificial intelligence-driven infrastructure for decentralized finance (DeFi), has raised $10 million in a strategic funding round, the company announced. The investment was led by Brevan Howard Digital, with participation from Zee Prime Capital and Jump Capital.
The new capital is intended to accelerate the development of what TrueDAO describes as a modular, on-chain financial system. The project aims to provide other ecosystem participants with tools for liquidity and reserve management, risk analysis, and governance.
Use of Funds and Project Goals
According to the announcement, the proceeds will be allocated across five key areas to build out its platform:
- Protocol Development: Refining core smart contracts and protocol modules.
- AI-Driven Risk Control: Building AI-based risk monitoring and stress-testing systems.
- Security: Implementing independent security audits, real-time monitoring, and bug bounty programs.
- Compliance: Advancing legal and compliance assessments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ecosystem Growth: Releasing developer documentation and expanding partnerships.
AdTrueDAO aims to address persistent challenges in the crypto industry, including yield sustainability, risk response, and transparent governance, by integrating smart contracts, on-chain data, and AI risk analysis.
Next Steps
Following the funding round, TrueDAO plans to proceed with its testnet launch, further security audits, and the release of developer tools. The company stated it will disclose protocol operations and reserve data in phases.
"Raising $10 million is a significant milestone, but it is not the finish line," said SoLee, Head of Marketing at TrueDAO, in a statement. "We remain committed to building an on-chain financial infrastructure that is auditable, verifiable, and governable." The company noted that specific launch dates and details regarding potential tokens would be subject to future official announcements.
