Each unit sold contains:
- One Class A ordinary share.
- One-half of one redeemable warrant.
Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share at a future date.
AdMarket Debut and Trust Account
Following the offering and a simultaneous private placement, a total of $212,100,000 was placed into the company’s trust account. These funds are intended to be used to finance a future business combination.
While the units are currently trading on the NYSE, the company stated that once the securities separate, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbols "PORT" and "PORT.W," respectively.
