SMAG Group GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AEQUITA SE & Co. KGaA.
At the final offer price, SMAG Mobile Antenna Masts AG will have an estimated market capitalization of €259.9 million. The company's shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Open Market on or around July 13, 2026.
