Listing Details

To commemorate the U.S. listing, SK hynix executives held an "Opening Bell" ceremony at the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York's Times Square. Attendees included SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, Executive Vice Chairman Chey Jae-won, and SK hynix CEO Kwak Noh-Jung.

The company stated that the ADR offering is scheduled to close on July 14 (U.S. Eastern Time). The newly issued common shares that underlie the ADRs are set to be additionally listed on the KOSPI Market of the Korea Exchange on July 29 (Korea Time).
