Nyxoah stated that John Landry will step down from his role as CFO on October 2, 2026, to "pursue another professional opportunity." The company has appointed Loïc Moreau, its current President International and former CFO, as interim Chief Financial Officer upon Landry's departure.
Moreau previously served as Nyxoah's CFO after joining the company in 2022, before moving to his current role in 2024. According to the announcement, his background includes more than 20 years of finance experience with senior roles at GSK. Nyxoah confirmed it will conduct a search for a permanent successor.
Financial Outlook Unchanged
Despite the leadership change, Nyxoah reiterated its financial forecast for the full year 2026. The company's management underscored that its operational and financial targets remain on track.

- Worldwide net revenue in the range of €36 million to €40 million
- Gross margin between 60% and 62%
- Total operating expenses projected between €99 million and €102 million
