In a statement issued Friday, Kweichow Moutai confirmed it was increasing both the retail and ex-factory prices for its top-selling Feitian Moutai spirit. The company raised the ex-factory contract price by ¥100 per bottle.
Simultaneously, the retail price on its i-Moutai digital platform was lifted from ¥1,539 to ¥1,639 per bottle. According to Investing.com, this marks the distiller's second price increase within the current calendar year.
