Haimo Technologies' Largest Shareholder to Sell 10.8% Stake to Actual Controller for 518 Million Yuan

The largest shareholder of Haimo Technologies Group Corp. (300084.SZ) has agreed to sell a 10.8% stake in the company to its actual controller and a party acting in concert with them for a total of 518 million yuan.
Details of the Share Transfer
According to a company announcement, Ningbo Xinyue Zhengcheng Energy Co., Ltd. will execute the transaction in two parts:
- 5% of the company's shares will be transferred to actual controller Fan Zhonghua for a consideration of 240 million yuan.
- 5.8% of the company's shares will be transferred to Yang Baohe, a party acting in concert with the actual controller, for 278 million yuan.
The total number of shares involved in the transfer is 59.261 million, representing 10.8% of Haimo Technologies' total share capital.
AdImpact on Corporate Control
The equity transfer is a significant consolidation of ownership by the company's current leadership. However, the announcement explicitly stated that the transaction will not result in a change to the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
For investors, this move signals a strengthening of the existing management's position rather than an outside takeover. The transfer concentrates a larger portion of the company's equity directly in the hands of the individuals who already guide its operations.
