AdHowever, these gains were tempered by significant losses in the financial and industrial sectors. Insurer Allianz SE (ALVG) was the session's worst performer, falling 3.35%, followed by defense contractor Rheinmetall AG (RHMG), which declined 1.90%, and Deutsche Bank AG (DBKGn), down 1.66%.

Market breadth on the Frankfurt exchange was positive, with 385 stocks advancing compared to 281 decliners, while 75 issues ended unchanged. The positive sentiment was reflected in the DAX volatility index, a measure of market anxiety, which fell 6.65% to 17.13.
In related markets, the US Dollar Index Futures saw a gain of 0.25%. In commodities, Gold Futures for December delivery were down approximately 0.46%, while Crude oil for November delivery slipped by around 0.39%.
