Dotdigital Posts 8% Revenue Growth for Fiscal 2026, Meeting Expectations

Summary
UK marketing automation firm Dotdigital reported an 8% increase in fiscal 2026 revenue to £90.9 million, driven by acquisitions and a shift toward higher-margin products.
UK-based marketing automation company Dotdigital reported total revenue of £90.9 million for the 2026 fiscal year, an 8% increase compared to the prior year. The company announced that its performance was in line with market expectations for the period.
Acquisitions Drive Top-Line Growth
While overall revenue grew, the company noted that organic growth faced headwinds. These challenges stemmed from the planned exit of a low-margin contract and difficult year-over-year comparisons.
The top-line growth was significantly bolstered by contributions from the acquisitions of Alia and Social Snowball, which delivered strong annual recurring revenue. Dotdigital also saw its gross margin improve as its revenue mix shifted toward its core, higher-margin customer experience and data platform services.
AdOutlook for Fiscal 2027
Dotdigital stated it is entering the 2027 fiscal year with improved revenue visibility and a larger base of recurring revenue. The company expanded its AI-enabled product offerings during the year, integrating these capabilities more deeply across the customer lifecycle.
Despite what it termed "mixed market conditions," the company said it expects to meet market expectations for fiscal 2027. Dotdigital also highlighted its focus on identifying broader market opportunities to accelerate organic growth over the medium term.
