Boost Run Stock Jumps on AI Infrastructure Deployment, $600M in Financing

Shares of Boost Run Inc. (NASDAQ:BRUN) surged 6.7% in after-hours trading Monday following the company's announcement of a key AI infrastructure deployment and the closing of more than $600 million in non-dilutive project financing so far this year.
AI Contract Momentum
The Northbrook, Illinois-based company reported it has delivered the first project phase to a major AI research and product company, part of a multi-year agreement signed in May 2026. This deployment involves the installation of NVIDIA B300 GPUs and related services across Boost Run's data center facilities.
This follows other recent business wins, including:
- A new five-year, $525.6 million AI cloud services agreement signed in September with a leading provider of enterprise AI models.
- Several additional projects currently in deployment that are expected to be handed off to customers in the coming weeks, according to the company.
Operational Expansion
AdBoost Run stated it has established a "fully funded runway" to speed up customer deployments through the end of 2026 and scale its operations into 2027. The company is actively expanding its colocation footprint across multiple new sites with its existing data center partners.
As part of this expansion, which includes extending its presence in Minnesota, Boost Run expects its total deployed colocation capacity to reach approximately 40 MW by the end of 2026.
Financial Strategy and Market Position
The company emphasized that its project financing is structured to be non-dilutive to shareholders. According to CEO Andrew Karos, the financing model is designed so that monthly customer payments exceed debt service payments, allowing the debt to be repaid before contracts end. This structure is expected to generate higher margins in the later stages of the contracts.
Boost Run's market position is reinforced by its status as an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Provider. The company has also achieved NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, signaling a high level of integration and performance with the chipmaker's latest technology.
