Impact on Shareholding Structure

Upon completion of the transfer, the buyer, Mingxin Hongzhi, will hold a 14.6% stake in Bohui Technology, making it a significant shareholder with a holding of over 5%.

However, the company explicitly stated that the transaction will not result in a change of control. Sun Chuanming and Guo Zhongwu will remain the actual controllers of Bohui Technology, ensuring leadership and strategic continuity for the time being.
