In an ad-hoc disclosure released Tuesday morning, the Neckarsulm-based company announced preliminary results that showed robust growth. The company reported that its earnings before tax (EBT) materially surpassed what analysts had forecast.
Key preliminary figures for the second quarter include:
- Business Volume: Climbed approximately 18% year-over-year to around €2.27 billion.
- Revenue: Rose by more than 16% to approximately €1.73 billion.
- Earnings Before Tax (EBT): Grew over 20% to approximately €80 million.
AdUpgraded Outlook Fuels Rally
In addition to the strong quarterly performance, Bechtle simultaneously raised its guidance for the full year 2026, providing a further catalyst for the stock. The positive news sent shares up 10.4% to trade at €35.66, near the top of their intraday range of €32.17 to €36.23.
The rally has helped close the gap to the stock's 52-week high of €45.14. The move was supported by a broader recovery in German technology stocks, with the TecDAX index, of which Bechtle is a component, also posting gains during the session.
