Amaero Files for Nasdaq IPO, Seeks US Listing Under Ticker 'AMRO'

Amaero Inc., a company currently traded on the Australian Securities Exchange, has filed for an initial public offering in the United States to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. According to a prospectus statement, the company plans to trade under the ticker symbol "AMRO".
Offering Details
The proposed IPO consists of 7,456,500 shares of common stock. The filing marks the first time a public market for Amaero's common stock will exist in the U.S. The final offering price has not yet been determined.
It will be established through negotiations between Amaero and its underwriters, considering factors such as prevailing market conditions and the trading price of its existing securities in Australia.
AdConnection to Australian Listing
Amaero is currently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker "3DA", where its securities trade as CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs). Each CDI represents a beneficial interest equivalent to 1/40th of one share of the company's common stock.
As of September 11, 2026, the last reported sales price for the CDIs was A$0.245. Based on an exchange rate of A$1.3872 per U.S. dollar, this is equivalent to a price of approximately $7.06 per common share, the prospectus noted. The company also disclosed that ASX listing rules could potentially limit its ability to issue additional shares without stockholder approval.
