Boozt Lifts 2026 Forecast on Strong Q3 Trading, Shares Surge

Summary
The Swedish online fashion retailer raised its full-year revenue and profit margin guidance, citing preliminary third-quarter results that showed accelerating sales growth and prompting a significant jump in its share price.
Shares of Boozt surged as much as 7.6% on Tuesday after the Swedish online fashion retailer upgraded its full-year 2026 financial outlook. The company cited stronger-than-expected trading momentum in the third quarter as the primary reason for the revised forecast.
Updated Full-Year Outlook
Boozt announced it has raised its expectations for both revenue growth and profitability for the full year. The updated guidance signals management's confidence in its performance for the remainder of 2026.
- Revenue Growth: Now projected to be 9%-12% in constant currency, an increase from the previous range of 7%-11%.
- Adjusted EBIT Margin: The forecast was lifted to 6.5%-7.0%, up from the prior guidance of 6.0%-6.8%.
Strong Third-Quarter Performance
The upgraded forecast was driven by robust preliminary results for the third quarter. The company reported that sales momentum accelerated from the first half of the year, with a strong start to the autumn/winter collection sales.
AdAccording to the preliminary figures, third-quarter revenue is expected to have increased by 16% in constant currency. The adjusted EBIT margin for the quarter is anticipated to be approximately 5.5%, a notable improvement from the 4.0% reported in the same period a year earlier.
Context and Market Impact
Boozt noted that growth was broad-based, with double-digit increases across all categories and major markets. For the first nine months of the year, the company expects revenue to have grown by about 11% in constant currency.
However, the company cautioned that favorable weather conditions in September may have pulled some consumer demand forward compared to last year. Boozt also stated that if current exchange rates persist, currency movements could provide a small positive contribution to its full-year results. The company is scheduled to release its complete third-quarter financial results on November 3.
